Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 75bg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through 75bg.io. These Terms form a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 75bg platform.

By completing the account registration process on 75bg, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, or by accessing any game or service offered by 75bg, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms will be treated as fresh acceptance of the revised document.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 75bg platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as a representative of a business entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 75bg or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 75bg platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily through account termination.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 75bg services — including deposits, betting, live casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a 75bg account. Registration is free of charge. Each person is permitted to hold one active 75bg account only. Opening more than one account is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Where an account is suspended pending identity verification, any genuine balance held in the account will be protected until the verification process is concluded.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 75bg platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all 75bg accounts unless modified by a specific promotional arrangement or account-level agreement:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to the payment method selected and account verification status.

75bg supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 75bg account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 75bg does not guarantee specific processing times as these are subject to the operational schedules of third-party payment providers.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, and fraudulent payment disputes raised against 75bg are treated as a breach of these Terms. Any account found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended, and the value of the chargeback, plus any associated processing fees incurred by 75bg, will be treated as a debt owed by the player to 75bg.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 75bg may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of availability. In the event of any conflict between the general promotional rules set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 75bg:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 75bg reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• 75bg reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses and their associated winnings may be forfeited if the 75bg account is closed before wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple account holders, or players found to be colluding to take advantage of bonus offers, will have all bonus-derived winnings confiscated and their accounts suspended.

Bonus abuse is taken seriously at 75bg. The platform uses automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including matched betting strategies designed to guarantee a risk-free return on promotional funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 75bg reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold related winnings, and close the offending account.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 75bg platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event type. These rules are published in the 75bg help section and game information pages. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet.

The following general betting rules apply across the 75bg sportsbook and casino:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 75bg does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described in the specific event rules.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the 75bg event-specific rules published at the time the bet was placed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bg platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Money laundering: Using the 75bg platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Match-fixing and collusion: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game for the purpose of obtaining an unfair betting advantage.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the 75bg platform without explicit written permission.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating illegitimate payment disputes or chargebacks against transactions made on 75bg.
• Account sharing or selling: Allowing a third party to access your 75bg account, or selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of obvious pricing errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 75bg staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bg platform — including but not limited to the 75bg brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 75bg or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 75bg platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the 75bg platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of 75bg intellectual property — including screenshot-based reproduction, scraping of odds data, or mirroring of any part of the platform — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable law. 75bg reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of any such infringement.

Limitation of Liability

The 75bg platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 75bg makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from defects, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bg, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the 75bg platform.
• Any loss arising from a delay, interruption, or failure of the platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 75bg's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all cases where liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability of 75bg to you shall not exceed the value of funds held in your 75bg account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Account Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 75bg account by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, 75bg will process any remaining balance in your account to the payment method on record, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

75bg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 07.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A request from a relevant authority, payment provider, or regulatory body.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the frozen balance may be forfeited. If no breach is established, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or the balance returned to the player.

Governing Law & Disputes

75bg operates under an international offshore licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 75bg holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

The availability and use of the 75bg platform does not constitute an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 75bg complies with all applicable laws in your country or region of residence.
